EUNICE’S DORM PACKING CHECKLIST

I’ll definitely take Betty, my horse plush. I love horses. Also I won’t be allowed to leave the dorms or even use social media, so I want a reminder of the world outside. Training is going to be tricky, but it’s okay, I’m prepared.

I can’t forget my lucky rock. Okay, it probably does nothing at all… but what if I’m wrong? Best not to take chances. Of course I’ll be praying a lot for good luck, but a bit of extra luck can’t hurt. The competition will be tough, everybody wants to win. I’ll need all the luck I can get.

This is Lara. Better take her. She’s my reminder to be good, even when if things go bad. “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves” (Matthew 10:16… pretty sure about that, I should probably check it)

Like, I don’t even know how this got in my suitcase. I’ve never seen it before. I know nothing about it. What even is it? No, it’s not THAT… don’t be weird. It looks nothing like THAT. It’s something else. Anyway stop being gross and yes I’m going to take it with me to keep it out of circulation because God knows what someone else might do with this if they found it. Don’t tell anyone about it, will you?
