Jericho Rosales voluntarily cleans up sidewalk litter as he roaming riding his bike

Jericho Rosales dismayed over roadside litter while riding on his bike.

On his Instagram stories on Tuesday, January 19, Jericho admire the landscape of the area where he is roaming.

Suddenly he noticed that the ground beside it was strewn with trash.

He’s so annoyed because there’s a trash bin so close to that area.

But then how can some people make it hard to throw their trash inside it.

“Ang lapit na lang eh. Bakit kailangan lahat ng kalat dito pa? Labo. Dehins cool ‘yan,” he said as he walked up to the trash bin.

In the next video, where he cleaned up the litter himself, he asked his followers to be responsible for their trash.

“Wag na tayo tamarin ang lapit lang eh. Sayang di ‘ba? Ang ganda,” the actor said referring to the view.

Back in February 2020, Jericho released his very own “echo” bags to support Wave 4 Water, a non-profit organization that helps people all over the world to obtain clean water.

He also took to Instagram to raise awareness on the planned construction of a coal-fired power plant in the province of La Union. He explained in his post about the dangers of using coal to generate electricity.

“It is said that it’s worse for children to be breathing the air near a coal-fired power plant ash bin than to smoke a pack of cigarettes a day,” Jericho began his post.

The TV star also emphasized how burning coal is detrimental to peoples’ health, livelihood, and surroundings.

He then encouraged his followers to watch videos about coal-mining and to sign a petition to stop a coal-fired power plant from being built in the beach town of Luna in La Union.
